-Power: for many users of this space, 3 phase power is needed. Confirm with the building you are considering whether or not 3 phase power is available
-Truck access: Will you be receiving deliveries or shipping out regularly using large trucks? If so, you want to be sure you choose a business park that can accommodate the flow of large trucks.
-Parking: A consistent challenge I see in business parks of office-warehouse is that the developer may not have allowed for adequate parking. A good ratio would be at least 2:1,000 SF. Consider how many employees you have and discuss with the landlord the current parking situation.
